Hello! Today I have finished my Turtles PEEL paragraph! Here is the text I hope you like it!
Did you know that there are more than 300 hundred species of turtles alive!? Also did you know that most turtles are omniverse (Some of them have dietary options though) They also help the ecosystem by maintaining populations.
The Rough-Footed mud turtles eat plants and meat which means that they are omniverse. The Australian short-necked turtle are also omniverse and they will eat anything that fits into their big mouth!
Turtles have crucial roles in the ecosystemwhich is maintaining healthy habitats, helping the population because they are omniverse and carnivores. They also eat fruits and spit out the seeds in soil which can maybe grow into a tree so they help maintain trees and plants.
This is why turtles are important to the ecosystem and environment since they help the population by eating animals and keeping the sea nice and healthy by providing shelter for other animals.
